The PINQ solution was developed more than 10 years ago as part of a project with a major German bank. We were supposed to replace legacy systems for complaint management in national and international payments with a web-compatible solution. PINQ was successively developed into a rule-based case management solution. The expertise of the team grew steadily with the development, new customer roll-out, and resulting update and maintenance work. In the meantime, more than 25 solution engineers manage the agile solution development – from requirements engineering to programming all the way to quality assurance. The focus lies on user-friendliness and efficient processes for users in order to achieve optimal results for each customer.
The Product Development and Consulting departments work closely together in different project areas. In business efficiency engineering, PINQ offers an ideal environment for training new employees. In contrast to the pure consulting section, we can perform many activities in our subsidiary in Wiesbaden.
