Step 1 - Your application

You have decided on a position? Then please get together the following documents:

  • Cover letter with possible starting date, information about your willingness to travel, and your salary expectations.
  • CV in table form which describes your personal development.
  • Transcripts and certificates (e.g. school, training, Bachelor’s / Master’s, and work certificates).

We look forward to your application per e-mail to bee(at)syracom.de. We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your E-Mail.

Step 2 - Phone interview

Now it’s our turn. We will go through your documentation within a week.

If we like what we see, we will give you a call to learn more about you. We will discuss general questions concerning your person and your career so far. At the same time you will have the opportunity to take a closer look at syracom as employer.

One of our employees from HR will be happy to answer all your questions. Please plan about one-half hour for the interview. After this we will forward your documents to the respective manager for his technical assessment.

Step 3 - Technical phone interview

Now our managers would like to get to know you!

They will focus more on technical topics concerning business and IT. Use this opportunity and convince our experts of your theoretical knowledge and practical experience in this second phone interview. You will also have a chance to ask our colleagues technical or project-specific questions. This interview will also take about 30 minutes.

Step 4 - Application interview

You are getting close now. We invite you to a personal interview at our respective branch. In this interview we will focus on both your personality and technical questions. You will also be able to experience our positive work atmosphere first hand.

Step 5 - Result of your application

We will get back to you as quickly as possible with our feedback and inform you of the joint decision of all interviewers based on our impressions.
