Once again in the year 2012 the Syracom Case Management solution PINQ has successfully completed the technical validation for the new SWIFTReady Exceptions and Investigations Label. Thus, PINQ has been designated for the eight time as an innovative solution for the standardisation and automation of the inquiry management for transaction processes. The current SWIFTReady Exceptions and Investigations Label is valid for the PINQ Process INQuiries Management System - 4.5.
Syracom received the Label for the first time in 2005. The successful renewal shows Syracom’s continuous commitment to provide a SWIFT-certified solution to the financial services industry.
